Abstract

Some study show that there were direct effect of change-oriented leadership on performance and job satisfaction but the others weren’t not support those direct influence. This research offers work climate as a mediating variable on that relationship.. This study attempts to review some hypotheses regarding the effects of. Respondents of the research were 100 employees of PT Telkom Tbk. The questionnaire are used to obtain data on leadership style, work climate, individual performance and job satisfaction. Path analysis by using AMOS software is used to analyze of data. The result shows, change-oriented leadership has positive and significant impact on performance and job satisfaction. The hypothesis states that work climate come to mediate the relationship between change-oriented leadership on individual performance and job satisfaction is supported
