Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of personal knowledge, job procedures, technology on the performance of employees room division Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang. The population in this study were employees of room division Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang totaling 45 people. Due to relatively small number of employees, the sampling was done by using "saturation sampling technique / census", in which all employees were targeted sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the testing of the hypothesis, suggesting that the variables: personal knowledge, job procedures, technology positive effect on employees . That is the kind of personal knowledge, job procedures, technology, it will the performance of employees
