Abstract
Human resources is one of the mean for the company to achieves its goal, for they’re the one who market the product. However, in order to achieve its purposes, the company needs systematic and structured setting regulated in the form of organisation structure. Thus, it is hoped that every obstacle, like work pressure and leadership function, employees performance could work well. The sample in this research are 78, and the data is collected by spreading some questionaire related to work pressure and leadership style and employees performance on PD BPR BKK Kabupaten Demak, where the variable for work pressure (X1) and leadership style has positive affect to the employees performance (Y). The regression equation in this research is: Y = 0,383 X1 + 0,537 X2
