Abstract
This study is an exploratory study to analyze the relationships between job satisfaction toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (0CB) and job satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. OCB is a voluntary behavior of individuals who are not directly related to the reward system but has a contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Subjective perception was measured with quantitative data obtained by interviews and questionnaires that measured by Likert Scale. The statistical methods used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research findings indicate that job satisfaction has positive and significant impact toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect toward the behavior of OCB and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on OCB behaviors. The implications of this research is that increasing employee job satisfaction is needed to encourage greater organizational commitment.
