Abstract
ABSTRAK Sebagaimana diketahui, sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam menciptakan kualitas produk. Sumber tersebut harus diberdayakan secara efektif, guna mencapai hasil (output) yang optimal. Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek yang penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan elektronik di Indonesia. Hasil pengukuran kinerja karyawan PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia sebesar 22,1% menunjukkan belum optimal dilihat dari aspek-aspek yang dinilai pada penilaian kinerja. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan ingin melihat faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Pada beberapa penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, sikap terhadap pekerjaan dan kinerja karyawan. Maka penelitian ini akan mencari faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi dan sikap terhadap pekerjaan. Pengukuran data melalui survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 200 pekerja level operator dan karyawan PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 20.0. hasil menunjukkan sikap terhadap pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia. ABSTRACT As we known, the human resource is one of the important factors in creating a quality product. That resource has to be empowed, in order to achieve the optimum results (output). Employee performance is an important aspect of human resource management. PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia is one of the electronic companies in Indonesia. The results of employee measurement by 22,1% indicated not optimal views of the aspects considered in the assessment of performance. To improve the performance of employees, the company wanted to see what factors affect employee performance. On saveral studies suggest a correlation between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, attitude towards work and employee performance. This study will find what factors affect employee performance by analyzing the relationship between job satisfaction, employee performance, organizational commitment and attitude towards work. Measurement of data through a survey using a questionnaire to the 200 operators and employees PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia. Data processing method used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 20.0 statistical software. The results showed attitude towards work have positive but not significant effect to job satisfaction and employee performance. While the organization's commitment have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Intech Anugrah Indonesia.
