Abstract
ABSTRAK Aspek lingkungan menjadi isu penting dan strategi yang harus disikapi oleh industri. Permintaan pasar yang mengarah pada konsumsi produk ramah lingkungan memaksa produsen menetapkan green production dalam proses produksinya. Dengan adanya isu lingkungan yang ada sekarang ini menyebabkan perilaku konsumen cenderung memilih produk ramah lingkungan. Produk furniture bersertifikasi ekolabel merupakan salah satu produk ramah lingkungan. Dalam hal biaya, produk furniture bersertifikasi ekolabel memiliki biaya yang relatif tinggi. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen mengambil keputusan pembelian produk furniture ramah lingkungan. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu buyer furniture ekpor dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 32 sampel dengan harapan sudah mewakili populasi. Dengan mengembangkan model penelitian milik H. My Bui(2005), maka akan diuji beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan bantuan sofware SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa keputusan pembelian produk furniture ramah lingkungan dipengaruhi oleh niat membayar lebih mahal. Sedangkan niat membayar lebih mahal dipengaruhi oleh faktor nilai produk, perilaku sadar lingkungan, ekolabel, dan reaksi konsumen. Dengan adanya pengaruh dari ekolabel, maka strategi yang diusulkan yaitu perusahaan pengekspor harus mensertifikasi agar produknya dapat bersaing di pasar internasional. ABSTRAK Environmental is an important issue and the strategies that should be addressed by the industry. Market demand leading to the consumption of environmentally friendly products green forcing producers set production in the production process. With the current environmental issues is causing consumer behavior tend to choose environmentally friendly products. Certified ecolabels furniture is one of the environmentally friendly products. In terms of cost, product ecolabel certified furniture has a relatively high cost. Related to this, research by identifying consumer characteristics and analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior purchasing decisions eco-friendly furniture. The sample used is a buyer of furniture exports by the number of samples taken over 32 samples in hopes to represent the population. By developing the research model belongs to H. My Bui (2005), it will be tested several variables that influence the purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products. The method used in this study is the Partial Least Square with the help of software SmartPLS. Based on the research that product purchasing decisions are influenced by the eco-friendly furniture intention to pay higher prices. While the intention to pay more influenced by the value of the product, environmentally conscious behavior, ecolabelling, and consumer reactions. With the influence of the ecolabel, the proposed strategy are the exporting company must certify that their products can compete in the international market.
