EVALUASI PENERAPAN TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (TPM) PADA LANTAI PRODUKSI DEPARTEMEN PENGEMASAN (Studi Kasus PT. Phapros, Tbk., Semarang)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada masa sekarang ini, adanya mekanisasi dan otomasi skala besar dalam industri manufaktur membuat masa pakai peralatan dianggap penting. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi perawatan yang lebih baik. PT. Phapros, Tbk sebagai salah satu industri produsen obat terbesar di Indonesia tahun 2010, menggunakan mesin baik dalam produksi maupun pengemasannya sehingga melakukan pengontrolan sistem perawatan untuk setiap mesin merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Sistem perawatan yang sudah dilakukan oleh PT. Phapros belum memiliki proses pengukuran kinerja mesin yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem perawatan yang selama ini telah dijalankan telah memberikan pengaruh baik untuk kehandalan mesin pengemasan pada Departemen Produksi PT. Phapros. Sistem pengukuran performansi dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Total Effective Equipment Productivity (TEEP), Net Equipment Effectiveness (NEE) bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan mesin setelah adanya penerapan sistem perawatan. Hasil pengolahan yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa nilai OEE 10 mesin pengemasan yang diteliti memiliki nilai OEE di bawah standar. Diagram fishbone digunakan untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE, serta cara melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan keefektifan lantai produksi departemen pengemasan. ABSTRACT At the present time, the large scale mechanization and automation in manufacturing industries, makes the equipment lifetime is important. Therefore, it needs a better maintenance strategy. PT. Phapros, Tbk as one of the largest drug manufacturer industries in Indonesia in 2010, using machines both in production and packaging, thus to controlling maintenance system for each machine is essential. System maintenance has been done by PT. Phapros not have a performance measurement process engine that can be used to determine wether the treatment system that has been implemented has an impact both on the reliability of packaging machinery in Production Department PT. Phapros. Performance measurement system by Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, Total Effective Equipment Productivity (TEEP), Net Equipment Effectiveness (NEE) aims to determine the state of the machine after the application of the system of care. The result of the processing is done is known that the value of 10 packaging machinery OEE studied had values below standard of OEE. Fishbone diagram is used to determine the cause of the low value of OEE, and how to make improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the production floor packing department. .
