In general, youth organizations at a time can be divided into two groups of youth movement. First, the youth movement in the field of semi-militaries which is prepared to do internal task order (Seinendan and Keibondan organization) and external security (Heiho organization among the low class people, and the patriot army/PETA for the commander post). Second, the youth movement in the field of socio-politically driven by the student / learner (student consultative bodies of Indonesia/Baperpi) and the nationalist organization incorporated in the Putera (the center power of the people). Apparently the youth movement through the existing umbrella organization was not able to move beyond the Japanese government propaganda object, both in the military and socio-political, which in turn further strengthen the youth movement to independence proclamation entrusted to Sukarno-Hatta as the representation of the Rengasdengklok drama which ended with the reading of the proclamation of Indonesia's independence 17 August 1945. Key word: military organization, socio-political movement, rengasdengklok
