Abstract
Diseaseoutbreak are being increasingly recognized as significant constraiton aquaculture production. For instance, disease now consindered to be the limiting factor in the fish culture. The massive use of antimicrobials from microbes to protect fish from disease,is booming in fish world. The strategic alternatives to the use of antimicrobials from lactic acid bacteria have proposed in reduction patogenity of A. lrydrophila. The aim of this research was to : l. Isolation of Lactic Acid Bacteria that have antagonism potency to A. hydropilla. 2. To get information the potency of isolat Lactic Acid Bacteria that hove the largest potency to inhibit A. hydrophila. The result showed, from the isolation process getted 3 isolat of Lactic acid bacteria. Thereqre: A Kl isolate, B S I isolates and B 54. The A Kl is the best is olqte to inhibit A. hydrophila than B SI qnd B S 4 isolates.
