Abstract

This research is performed on order to test the influence of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO (Biaya Operasional/Pendapatan Operasional), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) toward Return On Asset (ROA). Population for this research is BUSN devisa that listed in BI in the periode of 2009 - 2011 . This research using data from published financial reports Banking Firms that published from Indonesian Banking. The number of sample that examined after passed the purposive sampling phase is 21 BUSN devisa. Analyze technique to use in this research is multiple linier regression to obtain the result regarding relationship between one variable with other variable. The result of t test shows that NIM have positive significant influence to ROA, and BOPO have negative significant influence to ROA. Otherwise, Variable CAR, NPL have negative but not significant influence to ROA, and LDR variable have positive but not significant influence to ROA. The result of the count can be known that variabel NIM and BOPO gave the great influence to financial performance
