Abstract

Implementation of the upper structure storey building with a cast in place concrete, necessary formwork that is stratified to meet the speed aspect of the construction cycle. The most critical of the implementation of formwork and shore work is when the formwork and shore began to be dismantled and removed from the ground floor to the floor above it, so that the necessary planning on casting cycle time on the floor. So far in the casting cycle time considering the floor on construction projects, often based on the successful experience of previous projects. And when reviewed against the principles of formwork system that is associated with aspects of time and cost, formwork is the largest cost component of reinforced concrete structures. Therefore, to determine the amount of formwork and shore that economic need time to consider dismantling formwork and shore, floor molding cycle time, and zoning division foundry floor. In the validation cycle time of casting the floor, indicating the existence of a difference between a prediction of actual results. Reviewed against the safety factor (SF) is equal to one (SF = 1), cycle time difference between the actual results of prediction with approximately 12.2% - 31.6%. On the validation of the amount of formwork and shore installed, there is a difference of about 0.23 to 0.52 level floor. With the difference in cycle time, the average difference between the results predicted provision of formwork (Model) with approximately 34.38% of actual. This difference is caused by differences in the design of concrete mix and additives. These results have shown can help planners to take a decision on initial planning for the construction cycle.
