Abstract
This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction is achieved by viewing preferences or rankings of factors - factors of job satisfaction on every employee at PT Jasa Raharja (LIMITED) branch in Central Java by gender and age group. PT. Raharja Services (Limited) Branch of Central Java is owned, engaged in by public transport accident insurance either air, sea and land that occur in central Java. The mission of the PT. Raharja Service (Limited), namely: Being a leading company in the insurance sector with emphasis on the implementation of social insurance and compulsory insurance in line with the needs of the community. This study uses five factors, namely job satisfaction factors work itself, pay, promotion, supervision, and coworkers. The samples in this study were employees of PT Jasa Raharja (LIMITED) Central Java branch, amounting to 153 people. This study used several tests that Spearman Correlation Test, Test Non-Parametric Mann Whitney and Kruskall Wallis and Duncan test was also used in this study. The results of this study getting salary factors are key factors assessed by the employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Limited) Branch of Central Java as factors affecting job satisfaction in the follow sequentially factor employment, promotion, supervision and co-workers last. Furthermore, no significant difference to the assessment of the factors of job satisfaction of employees in PT Jasa Raharja (Limited) Central Java branch basis of sex. Male or female employees still perceive that the salary factor becomes a major factor in the indicator of satisfaction in work. Still, the difference in the promotion and supervision factors in ranking rank. However, there are significant differences in the assessment of job satisfaction factors karyawana in PT Jasa Raharja (LIMITED) branch in Central Java by age group, placing salary as factors affecting job satisfaction. However, in the age groups 41-50 and 51-60 had the same ranking factors
