A control systems and monitoring motor speed AC one phase based on telemetry via wifi with display and data processor uses programming borland delphi 7.0 has been designed and ralized. This instrumen can regulate and observe motor speed AC as object. so that this instrumen can be applied in the field of industrial that want controlling and monitoring for the production motors according to online without having to in the place. This system observes motor speed ac use censor optocoupler as data input to computer that counting and sending motor rotation total every second. As display interfacing use programming language borland delphi 7.0. besides for monitoring, this software system also can done for motor controlling with give controlling data input up, down, stop or maximal speed to hardware. Besides in software available processing and record data for program user and or condition monitoring data and rpm motor. to record data uses database linked with ms access. data that has been recorded automatically saved in ms access. To make easy data printing, so in software available report maker in the form of rave report and data can be direct printed to pass printer that linked with computer. From watchfulness result that done, got appropriate data. when does motor in a state of die, in motor monitoring dies also and rpm read 0, when has motor been run, in monitoring rpm that read as according to measurable data and sent by hardware. In controlling, when does software send data 'up’, so in hardware will execute to raise rpm every level 1% and command 'down’ demote it. For command 'stop’, when be executed motor will be die and for command 'vmak’, motor speed will be maximal with level 100%. While monitoring result can be recorded and kept in ms access.
