Abstract

Background by mission vision and also the target of Gunung Jati Publik Hospital to give health service able to gratify patient, hospital efficiency pursuant to Bed Occupation Rate below the standar and result of former survey which is lower compared to gizi service, medical and others. Target of this research is to know picture mount satisfaction of patient at group getting implementation professional practice model (case), knowing picture mount satisfaction of patient at group which do not get implementation professional practice model (control) and know difference mount satisfaction of patient at case group and control group. Research done to 30 case group patient and 30 control group patient. This Research variable is satisfaction of patient. Research use quantitative approach and qualitative with Quasy Exaperimental Design with type method Post Test Only Control Design. Result of research of mention that in general all patient at case group have level according to > 100% meaning all patient lick lips, in group control 80% level according > 100% be meaning satified patient and 20% level according < 100% meaning to dissatisfy. Pursuant to t test that p < 0,05 meaning there are difference of satisfaction in case group patient and control. Pursuant to every dimension t test that tangible dimension is p = 0,001 < 0,05 (there are difference), reliability is p = 0,554 > 0,05 (do not there are difference), responsiveness is p = 0,003 < 0,05 (there are difference) and emphaty is p = 0,633 > 0,05 meaning do not there are diffrence of satisfaction in case group patient and control.
