Abstract

The Insan Medika Childbirth Clinic is an institution of pirvate services that serves and realizes a plan of a national strategic namely “ Making Pregnancy safer”. In fact, the comunities belief to the Quality of childbirth services was decreasing. Number of sample was 44 post partum patients who used childbirth services at the Insan Medika childbirth Clinic in Semarang. Aim of this research was to know appropriateness of perception with expectancy in accordance with the following childbirth services quality: procedure of services, speed of services, professionalism of services, attention of services, and performance of services. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by descriptive- quantitative method using Importance-Performance Analysis. Number of questions was 24 items. The result of research shows that appropriateness of perception with expectancy of the childbirth services quality including quadran A, which has five factors. Level of high and low education has a formula of one factor. Level of high and low income educatioan has a formula of two factor. The factors that have to be given a priority are speed of services and attention of services at the Insan Medika childbirth Clinik in Semarang. Level of appropriateness between perception and a quality of childbirth of services for each variable has a range 88,32 % to 103, 19% and mean of whole variables is 97,38 %. It means that a quality of childbirth services close to expextancy of patient. Finaly, a quality of childbirth services can be continued an improved. Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
