Theres no recording approach yet for disposable substance availability which was returned from clinic, cant display yet the stock data in any kind of time, the restoring was not arrange yet by location and substances characteristic, doesnt apply both FEFO ( First Expiry First Out ) and FIFO ( First In First Out ). Abstract

Management of disposable substance inventory in Dental Faculty of Jember University still remained any constraints in each management level. Its caused by the lack of controlling of disposable substance under ABC analysis method. Theres no recording approach yet for disposable substance availability which was returned from clinic, cant display yet the stock data in any kind of time, the restoring was not arrange yet by location and substances characteristic, doesnt apply both FEFO ( First Expiry First Out ) and FIFO ( First In First Out ). With ABC analysis, FEFO and FIFO approach had implication, should enhance the computer-based information system of disposable substance for controlling the practicum substance in Dental faculty of Jember University. The research conducted in 2 stage, stage 1 was qualitative research with FAST framework, stage 2 was quantitative research performed under design one group pre post design. The research subjects were : Dean, Procurement team, Head of Clinic and strorehouse official. The amount of research subject was 12 persons. Of supply information. The research object was covering the form, procedure, and system output of supply information. The research methods which we were done : observation, interview and Semi Focus Group Discussion. Result showed that the inventory information system of disposable substance for controlling the practicum substance in Dental Faculty of Jember University. Including output, input, data base and interface, this information system had taken place for 2 weeks.
