Research instrument used questionaires. Data was analyzed by univariat, bivariate, and multivariate method using Chi Square test with significant level on 0,05 and Logistic Regression with Enter method and significant level on 0,05. Result of research shows that 7 dimension of quality of pharmacy service which have significant relationship with desire of repeatedly buying a medicine in Installation Pharmacy of Ibnu Sina Hospital are the perception of appearance ( physic ) of IFRS (p value = 0,0001 ), the perception of ease of services ( p value = 0,0001 ), the perception of availability of medical ( p value = 0,0001 ), the perception of speed of officer services ( p value = 0,0001 ), the perception of officer competence ( p value = 0,0001 ), the perception of giving of medical information( p value = 0,0001 ), and the perception of friendliness of officer (p value = 0,0001 ). Analysis of Multivariate give result of output which give very big influence for the prediction of desire of repeatedly buying a medicine, are the perception of appearance ( physic ) of IFRS, the perception of ease of services, the perception of availability of medical and the perception of speed of officer service. The perception of appearance of IFRS which enough good and less good can influence risk for desire of repeatedly buying a medicine equal to 1,501 times and 1,832 times compared to very good appearance ( physic) IFRS. The perception of ease of services which enough easy and less easy can influence risk for desire of repeatedly buying a medicine equal to 1,400 times and 1,740 times compared to speed of very officer service quickly.
