Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Perencanaan Sabuk Hijau Pada Kawasan Waduk Jatibarang

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims at studying the Governmen’s policy, citizen endeavors to participate in planning and participation in keeping Jatibarang Reservoir.Field research was conducted by implementing survey research, direct interview and observation. The respondents are from instances in government,consultant and communities around Jatibarang.For interview, there are 14 figures.While for prominen figures and communities are 70 ordinary people by survey in Kandri, Jatirejo, Kedungpane, Jatibarang sub-district. The data collecting used questionares,deep interview result and document result. Later on, the data obstained are analyzed using qualitative method and difference between prominent figures and communities. The result of the research shows that there are some efforts taken by the government by dividing segment and pilot project in Jatibarang Reservoir Area.Besides,there are endeavors done by prominent figures and villagers.Participation level of the villages based on the village is different from the participation of prominen figures.The prominent figures possesing participation level on planning of the Jatibarang Reservoir Area as water resort area middle at participating compared to sub-district who have bad level of participation. Thus,with the existence of participatory level difference between community and prominen figures,the endeavor or directly real act is needed to be plant on the programmes, both by the city government of holding a direct decision and activating the role of custom village.
