HUBUNGAN KETERSEDIAAN FASILITAS, KERAMAHAN,LAMA PELAYANAN, USIA DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PEMILIHAN TEMPAT PEMBERI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PADA PESERTA ASKES (Studi Kasus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pandanaran Kota Semarang)

Abstract

Background: health insurance members have option to choose Puskesmas or family doctor to assurance their health. Data from PT.Askes mention that per 2011 Dec 31, there were 69.578 askes members who choose public health, and there were 104.759 people choose family doctor. This research purpose to know relation to the selection health care providers of the availability facilities, relation with the selection of service time, hospitality workers relation to the selection where health care providers, relation education level to the selection where health care providers, age relationshiop to the selection of health care providers. Methods: The research was using descriptive analysis cross sectional design. The sample of the study were 42 askes members with purposive sampling method. This study used a questionnaire instrument. Retrieval of data by interview. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with chi square test and if the conditions are not completed, the alternative fisher-exact test will be used. Results: There are 29 respondents (69.0 %) choose to the health centers (Puskesmas Pandanaran) , and 13 respondents (31.0 %) choose to the family doctor. p<0,01 There was a significant relation between availability of facilities(p<0.001), service time(p<0.001), hospitality workers(p=0.026), education level(p=0.011), and ages(p<0.001) to the selection of health care providers Conclusion: There was a significant relation between availability of facilities, service time, hospitality workers, ages, education level to the selection of health care providers in askes members.
