Penoscrotal hypospadias is the most common type of hypospadias found in this study (52%). Twenty two subjects (88%) had good micturition function. Five subjects (20%) had less satisfaction than the others with the main reason is inadequacy of penile size. All the subjects had erection ability and four of them (16%) had angulated penis during erection. Ejaculation problem manifesting as anejaculation was found in one subject who was included into adult-age group. The difficulty of penetration during sexual intercourse could not be investigated in this study.
