Background The hospital is one of the agencies who daily have to come face to face with people. So that means and how the hospital family is very important to deal with customers. This qualitative data collection techniques using the interview (interview) The results Internal public relations activities include program Telogorejo Hospital maintain good relationships with physicians, activities press releases, advertorial activities, monthly reports, and analyzes and news clipping. External public relations activities Telogorejo Hospital includes Indonesia smile, health seminars, blood donation and free medical treatment.
