HUBUNGAN ANTARA INDEKS PRESTASI KUMULATIF DENGAN NILAI UKDI PADA PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN DOKTER : STUDI KASUS FK UNDIP

Abstract

Background : Medical school or UKDI, both of them evaluate individual competence to be a doctor, then if there are some alumnus of medical school fail at UKDI there must be something wrong. This research dedicated to prove are there really a correlation between medical school’s GPA and UKDI scores. Objective : This study dedicated to analyze the relationship of medical education programme and Methods : This is a observational research with a cross sectional study, using any Medical Faculty of Diponegoro University students that undergoing UKDI on Novembre 2010 period as sample. Data analyzed with Spearman on SPSS for Windows 17.0. Results : Using Spearman we found the correlation with undergraduate GPA UKDI rs = 0,698, p = 0,00 and with Profession Program GPA UKDI rs = 0,522, p = 0,00. Conclusions : Both FK UNDIP’s GPA scores is a good UKDI scores predictor and the undergraduate GPA scores is a better UKDI scores predictor. Keywords : GPA, UKDI
