PERBANDINGAN LUARAN MATERNAL DAN PERINATAL IBU USIA TUA DENGAN USIA REPRODUKSI

Abstract

Background: The old age mother has a risk to get a complication in pregnancy and parturition much higher than reproductional age mother.But the mother usually don’t knowif that is relevan fact if age is association with the mother age.The purpose of this research is to prove the out come of the old age mother is poor than the reproduction age mother. Methods: This was a cross sectional study, using medical record from Kariadi Hospital which compose 60 sampel of old age mother and 60 sampel of reproduction age mother.The data was taken with cluster sampling from January – December 2009. The data was analize with Chi Square, odds ratio, and logistic analize test. Result: Preeclampsia is the risk for mother outcome resulting p = 0,002 (significant) and grade of risk OR = 6,567 (CI 95%= 1,94-22,13) and then for antepartum bleeding resulting p = 0,999 (not significant )and grade of risk OR = 1,698E9 the last is for parturition with action which resulting p 0,000 (significant) grade of risk OR = 0,065 (CI 95% = 0,24- 180). For logistic analize regretion resulting p < 0,05 for preeklamsia and parturition with action. Conclusion: Maternal and perinatal outcome from the old age mother is less poor than the reproductional age mother. Keywords: maternal,perinatal out come, old age,reproduction age.
