Abstract
Menganalisis apakah implementasi program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Pesisir di pengaruhi oleh tingkat komunikasi, kemampuan kerja pelaksana program dan sikap kerja pelaksana program. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis minor dan mayor yang diajukan diterima.
