Companies offer ethics code and training to increase employees'ethical conduct. These programs can also enhance individual work attitudes because ethical organizations are typically valued. Socially responsible contpanies are likely viewed as ethical org,anizations and should therefore prompt similar employee job responses. (lsing survey information collected from 40 business professionals of public compuny in Indonesia, this research proposed that perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) would mediate the posilive relationships between ethics code/training and job satisfaction/turnover intention. Mediated regression analysis v,as utilitzed to test the mediating role of CSR in the specffied relationship belween the four ethic,s progrant variahles and job satisfaction/turnover intention. Results indicated that ethics programs fficted greater individual job satisfaction, but not tttrnover intention. Ethics programs did not infuence perceived CSR activity in companies. Perceived CSR did not play a mediating role in the relationship between ethics programs and job satisfaction/turnover intention.
