Abstract

Cantent analgsis is appliedto analgze Sampoernautebsite. The resuks slnu reporting in Sampoerna's tuebsite is presented. in the forms of narration, argumentation, refutation and persuatian. Doing proactiue and control"-protec'tiue strategies and same techniques of impression managem,ent has been making compang's position dan image creation fix up and becorne stronger. Managing impression, Sampoerna's reporting in website can perform reference, emotiue and conatiue functions.
