Abstract

Attended by competiton between universities that more sharp, the quality of education services that provided by campus have been a factor that need more attention to maintanance and always to improve continually. Industrial Engineering Departement of Diponegoro University as one of higher education institution also needs improvement effort on quality of education services that provided to the students. For that reason, this research is done to measure and analyse the quality of education services that provided by Industrial Engineering Departement of Diponegoro University so that can take a correct action to improve the quality of education services that provided. This research use integration of Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) dan Institutional Priorities Survey (IPS) method that have 12 scale on higher education quality are academic advising and counseling effectiveness (AAC), academic services (AS), admissions and financial aid effectiveness (AFA), campus climate (CC), campus support service (CSS), concern for the individual (CFI), instructional effectiveness (IE), registration effectiveness (RE), responsiveness to diverse populations (RDP), safety and security (SS), service excellence (SE), dan student centeredness (SC). Each of scale measure on importance rating and satisfaction rating for SSI also importance rating and agreement rating for IPS. SSI is addressed to the student of Industrial Engeinering Departement of Diponegoro University, but IPS is addressed to campus staff. From this research we have khown that at Industrial Engeinering Departement of Diponegoro University, factors that include on academic advising and counseling effectiveness (AAC) scale especially that related to career advising ad counseling should be priorities to increase its quality
