Abstract
Proyek Pembangkit dan Jaringan Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (PROKITRING Jateng & DIY) is one of the implementation units in PT. PLN (Persero) Proyek Induk Pembangkit dan Jaringan Pusat Jawa, Bali, dan Nusa Tenggara (PIKITRING JBN) that apply ISO 9001:2000 standard. This unit have already prepared the documents needed for certification but the documents still untested it’s readiness to submit to certification. Because of that reason, in this research will be analyzed the documents if it has complete the ISO requirements. For the Analysis, checklist used for knowing if the ISO requirements completed inside documents. From checklist we may know which clause of ISO 9001:2000 that incomplete so we can make suggestions for filling the incomplete requirements.. Analysis showed that there were fifteen requirements of ISO 9001:2000 from total 55 clauses stll incomplete inside the documents, so we can get the documents readiness percentage that is 72.73%. From suggestions for complete the requirements, the documents are ready for certification process
