Abstract
PT PLN ( Persero) PIKITRING Java, Bali & Nusa South-East apply management system quality of ISO 9001:2000 as management system standard quality at Planning Section. With applying of management system quality of ISO 9001:2000 this expected by all management level and all organizational member can realize importantly of quality to continuity of company. Conditions of Document System Quality of ISO 9001:2000 for the process of sertification have been made by PT PLN ( Persero) PIKITRING Java, Bali & Nusa South-East Planning Section. But in the document implementation uncommitt optimally. So that to identify gap between management system implementation quality of at company to the document used by gap analysis tools. If have known gap in company hence can be conducted action for the repair of management system standard of quality as well as improving the overall of existing quality management system effectiveness in PT PLN ( Persero) PIKITRING Java, Bali & Nusa South- East Planning Section. From result of wight which have to be got that PT PLN ( Persero) PIKITRING Java, Bali & Nusa South-East Area Planning have ready to applied management system quality of ISO 9001:2000 and competent for the sertification of ISO 9001:2000
