PENERAPAN METODE GREEN PRODUCTIVITY DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS

Abstract

PT. Sido Muncul is one of the herbal and medicine industry that produce a lot of organic waste. Needed correct environment management effort, one of them with doing waste utilization (by product). Approaching Green Producitivity that used in this research is supposed can influential towards environment condition repair all at once increase productivity company. In this research, done troubleshoot existence identification in company that superlative waste total and potential to maked use to be product that has added value. Previous done also environment performance measurement passes index EPI (Environment Performance Indicator) with productivity measurement companies. Alternative repair furthermore formulated and chosen based on the elegibility to be implementation through financial analysis, alternative contribution estimation towards productivity level and alternative contribution estimation towards environment repair. From research result, got alternative solution to overcome waste total height troubleshoot. This alternative can to give contribution towards waste processing productivity enhanced as big as 11,44% with decrease solid waste total that is produced 12 tons per day
