STUD! EMPIRIS TERHADAP FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN GO PUBLIC DI INDONESIA

Abstract

The purpose of this researcn is to predict some factor influencing firm value. Factors that are predicted influencing fien value in this research are focused on 4 factors : firm age, firm scale, cultivation of foreign capital, and profitability. This research examine financial statement of 40 companies are listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange for period ended December 31, 2002 until December 31, 2003. Data is collected from Jakarta Stock Exchange and Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2004. To find out influence independent variable to dependent variable used SPSS. Validity test used in this research is classic assumption test method multikolinearitas, and the sort of data used is pooled data. Data analysis uses multiple regression, hypothesis test are Nest and Hest. This result of this research are in the year 2002 Independent variable firm age give significant in influencing firm value, and in the year 2003 independent variable can give significant to firm value is firm scale.
