FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA DOSEN TETAP PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI NEGERI DI KOTA AMBON

Abstract

The study is devoted to identify the characteristics of permanent lecturers of high educations i.e. their sex, age, service duration, educational background, and income size, to describe the influences of sex, age, service duration, educational background and income size on their performance and to identify differences between man and woman lecturers at high educational institutions in Ambon City. Sample of 128 permanent lecturers was selected as respondents by stratified proportional random sampling method. The result showed that performance was negatively influenced by age, service duration, educational and was positively influenced by income. Other results showed that there was no different performance between man lectur¬ers and woman lecturers. Keywords : sex, age, service duration, education, income, performance
