Abstract
As the era is advanced the professional Irma.° resources are needed to produce the high dedication to work. The observation and the employee's performance appraisal are some of the ways to enhance the quality of human resources, which end will increase the performance. The objective of the research is to examine the effect of the task performance, the contextual performance to job satisfaction and affective commitment, focused in four-research variables i.e., task performance, contextual performance, satisfaction and affective commitment. The respondent of this study are the women and men auditors Hans Tuanakotta and Mustafa Public Accountant Firms in Jakarata. This research questioner data collecting. and there are 87 respondents as sample. The result research found that the task performance affects positively but not significant to satisfaction, contextual performance affects positively and significant to performance. For the task performance variable and the contextual performance related to the affective commitment, both affect positively and significant affective commitment.
