Abstract

ABSTRAK Tugas Sarjana ini berisi tentang analisa sistem pembelajaran pada Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Diponegoro. Analisa sistem pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengukur performansi sistem pembelajaran yang melibatkan mahasiswa, staff dan dosen, alumni dan praktisi. Pengukuran performansi diakukan berdasarkan 7 dimensi penelitian yaitu Faktor keluarga dan lingkungan sosial, Proses belajar mengajar, Suasana akademik, Desain dan manajemen organisasi, Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Faktor personal. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 45 variabel. Pengukuran performansi melibatkan partisipasi dari stakeholder sistem pembelajaran Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Diponegoro yaitu Mahasiswa, Staff dan Dosen, Alumni dan Praktisi. Pengukuran performansi yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa variabel penelitian “Kemampuan mahasiswa menguasai bahasa asing” merupakan variabel yang harus memperoleh prioritas utama dalam desain perbaikan sistem pembelajaran Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Diponegoro. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pembelajaran, Behavioral Cybernetic of Educational Ergonomics, Desain Perbaikan. ABSTRACT This research is concerning about learning system analysis on Industrial Engineering Study Program at Diponegoro University. The learning system had been analyzed by measuring learning system performances which involves students, staffs, lecturers, alumnae, and practitioner. Performance measurements was determined based on seven research dimension, i.e. family and social factor, learning and teaching process, academic environment, organization design and management, tool and infrastructure, and personal factor. This research used 45 research variables. Performance measurements showed that research variable “student competency on foreign language” is a variable that has to be placed as main priority on improvement design of learning system on Industrial Engineering Program Study at Diponegoro University.
