PENENTUAN KINERJA BOILER MELALUI PENGUJIAN

Abstract

Decreasing boiler performance is the periodic plant problem that need improvement at any rate, because that have direct correlation concerning the operatioal and maintenance cost. In order to determining the energy defficiency, measuring the efficiency using the right methods are very important. Choosing the right instrument specification and then follow the right measurement procedure, are two main factor to obtain the efficiency with minimizing error. From theoritical study and text review, there are two measurement method that have resulting a good level of accuracy on the efficiency value. The two measurement methods avaliable in this paper are direct-method and indirect method. There are samplest but effectively used in the plant, because simultaneously avaliable to searching the locations of defficiency sources
