Abstract

Semarang merupakan salah satu kota di Pulau Jawa dengan topografi yang unik yaitu daerah pegunungan yang merupakan kaki Gunung Ungaran pada bagian selatan dan daerah dataran pantai pada bagian utara. Pesatnya pembangunan di Kota Semarang menyebabkan berkurangnya daerah resapan air di Kota Semarang. Hal ini menyebabkan bertambahnya debit aliran permukaan yang terjadi, dan jika sistem drainase yang ada tidak dapat menampung kelebihan limpasan tersebut, maka akan terjadi banjir. Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang evaluasi sistem drainase di Kota Semarang khususnya pada DAS Kali Semarang, dengan analisa hidrologi menggunakan EPA SWMM 5 dan analisa hidrolika menggunakan HEC-RAS 3, mengiventarisasi permasalahan dan mengusulkan alternatif pengendalian banjir. xv ABSTRACT Semarang is one of city in Java Island which has unique topography. In the south is mountain area the hillside of Mount Ungaran and in the north is coastal area. Semarang grows rapidly and causes to decrease pervious area in city. This matter affects to increase surface run off and if the existing drainage system could not accommodate this matter, and flood will happen. In this research conducted evaluate drainage system in Semarang City, spesially Kali Semarang catchment area, that are using EPA SWMM 5 for hidrology analysis and HEC-RAS 3 for hidroulica anaysis, inventarization of problems and propose alternatives of flood control.
