Abstract
Semarang merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang memiliki wilayah pantai. Wilayah pantai bagian timur telah mengalami kerusakan akibat rusaknya perlindungan alami pantai dan berubahnya pola arus akibat bangunan-bangunan yang menjorok ke pantai, seperti breakwater. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya abrasi yaitu mundurnya garis pantai di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, karena adanya abrasi tersebut, menyebabkan sedimentasi di muara sungai semakin parah karena sudah ada sedimentasi dari sungai. Sedimentasi yang menumpuk mengganggu alur pelayaran dan menyebabkan banjir. Tujuan dari pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mencari alternatif solusi penanganan masalah yang terjadi. Melalui identifikasi masalah, penyebabnya, dan pemodelan matematis didapatkan rencana bangunan pelindung berupa revetment dari tumpukan batu dengan tinggi 4,5 m dan panjang 713 m. Selain itu juga direncanakn jetty dari buis beton dengan tinggi 3 m dan panjang 300 m. Dengan alternative solusi ini diharapkan abrasi dan sedimentasi akan berkurang. Kata kunci: abrasi, sedimentasi, revetment, jetty. Abstract Semarang is one of the city in Indonesia which has coastal. The eastern Semarang coastal has ruined because of the nature protection of coastal was damaged and the changes of stream pattern that caused by the building to stick on coastal like breakwater. This case causes the abration, the condition where is the coastal line move backwards in that area. In the otherside abratioan also cause sedimentation in the river bank, that make the condition worse. Sedimentation that’s collectedwill annoy the navigation channel and cause flood. The purpose of the Final Project is to look for alternative solutions of this problem. By identifying the problem, the cause, and mathematics models will be got the plan of protection building like revetment that consist of collecting stones with height 4,5 m and length 713 m. Besides that , it is also planned jetty from buis beton with height 3 m and long 300 m. We hope by this alternative solution, the abration and the sedimentation will decrease.
