Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Dalam perancangan struktur gedung, pengaruh gempa merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dianalisa, maka diperlukan suatu perancangan yang baik terhadap bahaya gempa agar tidak terjadi tingkat kecelakaan dan kerugian besar. Gedung Twin Tower Pasca Sarjana Semarang ini terletak pada wilayah gempa 2,sehingga dapat digunakan perancangan struktur gedung beton bertulang dengan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) sesuia dengan SNI 03-2847-2002 dan SNI 1726-2002. Struktur yang direncanakan lisa adalah gedung perkuliahan 6 lantai dimana beban gempa ditinjau dengan menggunakan analisa Spektrum Respon. Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen adalah sistem rangka yang diharapkan struktur gedung dapat berperilaku daktail yang nantinya akan memancarkan energi gempa. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) ini dapat diaplikasikan dan bermanfaat bagi masyrakat pada daerah rawan gempa menengah, mengingat gempa tidak dapat diprediksi. Kata kunci : SRPMM, spectrum respon, SNI 03-2847-2002, SNI 1726-2002 In the design of the building structure, the influence of earthquakes is one thing that is important for analysis, we need a good design to earthquake to avoid the accident rate and a greatloss. Twin Tower Building Postgraduate Semarang is located on the seismic zone 2, which can be used in designing the structure of reinforced concrete building with moment resisting frame system Medium (SRPMM) in accordance with the SNI 03-2847-2002 and 1726-2002. The structure is a building planned lecture 6 floors where seismic evaluated using Response Spectrum analysis. Moment resisting frame system is the system framework are expected to behave ductile structure of the building which will radiate seismic energy. It is expected that by using Intermediate moment resisting frame system (SRPMM) can be applied and beneficial to society in the middle earthquake-prone region, considering an earthquake is unpredictable.
