Abstract

Perencanaan pembangunan gedung perkantoran Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jawa Tengah ini dilatarbelakangi meningkatnya kebutuhan akan prasarana perkantoran yang terletak di tengah kota. Perencanaan gedung BPS ini terdiri dari 7 lantai menggunakan sistem beton pracetak, dengan pertimbangan agar proyek dapat cepat diselesaikan. Selain mempercepat waktu juga untuk menghemat biaya proyek dari pada yang menggunakan sistem konvensional. Lokasi proyek ini terletak di Jalan Pahlawan No.6 Semarang, di mana di sekitarnya terdapat gedung Pramuka, Kantor Pos dan gedung Disperindag, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya direncanakan menggunakan pondasi bored pile, dengan pertimbangan di sekitarnya terdapat gedung-gedung penting dan berada di tengah kota. Dalam perencanaan gedung dengan sistem pracetak sangatlah penting pemilihan tipe metode pelaksanaannya dan sambungannya. Perencanaan ini menggunakan sistem Adhi BCS (Beam Column System) karena sistem ini menggunakan topping pada pelat dan balok sehingga lebih rigid atau kaku daripada tipe-tipe yang lainnya. Pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung BPS ini direncanakan sampai 5 bulan dengan total biaya sekitar 4,5 Milyar rupiah. Kata kunci : Beton pracetak,Sistem Adhi CBS (Beam Column System), Bored pile, Sambungan pracetak, Gedung BPS PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR GEDUNG BPS PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH MENGGUNAKAN BETON PRACETAK iv ABSTRACT The design of the office building of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Province of Central Java was motivated by an increased need for office infrastructure which is located in the town center. The building design consists of 7 floor using precast concrete system, with consideration that the project can be quickly built and to save the cost when compared to conventional systems. This project site is located on Jalan Pahlawan no.6 Semarang, which is surrounded by pramuka building, post office and Disperindag building. This Building planned using bored pile foundation, as surrounding buildings are densed and are in the town center. In designing the building with precast the selection it construction methods and connection types is very important. The Adhi CBS system was choosen because this system uses a topping on plates and beams so that the structure is more rigid than other types. The project duration of this building is scheduled 5 months with a total cost of around 4.5 billion rupiahs.
