Abstract

Pemerintah berencana membangun jalan tol Semarang-Bawen sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan memperpendek waktu perjalanan Semarang-Bawen. Trase yang direncanakan melewati sungai dan lembah di Desa Penggaron, Kecamatan Banyumanik. Dilatarbelakangi alasan tersebut, tugas akhir ini ditulis untuk merencanakan bangunan penunjang jalan tol Semarang-Bawen berupa jembatan di desa Penggaron. Perencanaan jembatan ini dimulai dengan penjelasan latar belakang, perumusan tujuan perencanaan, lingkup pembahasan hingga metodologi penulisan. Pedoman perencanaan yang digunakan yaitu MKJI 1997, BMS 1992, dan SNI. Data perencanaan berupa data data lalu-lintas, data tanah, dan peta topografi dianalisis untuk menentukan geometri jembatan dan tipe struktur jembatan yang optimal. Dari hasil analisis jembatan direncanakan dengan struktur beton prategang dengan panjang bentang total 383 meter. Jembatan ini mempunyai 8 pilar dimana pilar 1 dan 8 memakai jenis pilar solid dan pilar 2-7 memakai jenis pilar hollow. Untuk pilar 1 dan 8 yang pendek, sistem perletakan balok pada pilar dibuat sederhana. Namun untuk pilar 2-7 yang tinggi , digunakan sistem perletakan balok menerus, dimana balok disatukan dengan kepala pilar . Dengan adanya sistem menerus ini, defleksi yang relatif besar pada pilar tinggi dapat diminimalisir. Pondasi yang digunakan pada jembatan ini adalah pondasi bore pile. Waktu pelaksanaan pembangunan jembatan ini direncanakan 43 minggu dengan rencana anggaran biaya sekitar 66 milyar rupiah. ix ABSTRACT The government plans to build toll roads Semarang-Bawen as a solution to reduce congestion and shorten travel time-Bawen Semarang. The planned alignment across the river and valley in the village of Penggaron, District Banyumanik. Background of these reasons, this thesis was written to support the building plan-Semarang toll road bridge in the village of Bawen Penggaron. Planning begins with an explanation of this bridge background, the formulation of planning objectives, the scope of discussion to the methodology of writing. Planning guidelines used is MKJI 1997, BMS 1992, and ISO. Planning data in the form of data traffic data, soil data, and topographic maps were analyzed to determine the geometry of the bridge and the optimal type of bridge structure. From the results of the analysis the bridge is planned with prestressed concrete structures with a total span length of 383 meters. This bridge has eight piers where the pillar 1 and 8 using solid pier and pier types 2-7 use the type of hollow pier. For pier 1 and 8 are short, the piers of beam placement system is made simple. But for the 2-7 high pier, beam placement system is used continuously, where the beam together with the head of the pillar. Given this continuous system, a relatively large deflection on high piers can be minimized. Foundation used in this bridge is the foundation bore pile. The timing of the construction of the bridge is planned 43 weeks with a budget plan costing about 66 billion dollars.
