Abstract

Kata kunci : imposed project duration, time cost trade off, CPM (Critical Path Methode), PDM (Precedence Diagram Methode), lintasan kritis, direct cost, indirect cost, cost slope. viii ABSTRACT In the implementation of a project, there are several reasons that could be the basis for reducing the duration of a project. One of the most common reasons is a statement from the company manager or head of a government to the public that the project being undertaken by his team will finish at a specified time. In this Final discussed issues regarding the time and cost analysis of the optimum project by applying the method of analysis of time cost trade off on the construction project, with a case study the Joint College Building Construction Project Engineering Faculty of Diponegoro University Help Pertamina in 2010, Construction Project Small Dam Tambakboyo, Sleman District, Yogyakarta, and Road and Bridge Construction Project Salatiga Ring (Pack 2). The methods used are the CPM (Critical Path Method) and PDM (Precedence Diagram Method). CPM method then analyzed using time cost trade off to shorten the project’s duration by adding minimum costs. From these analysis methods will be found effective time to complete the project with an optimum cost. Key words : imposed project duration, time cost trade off, CPM (Critical Path Method), PDM (Precedence Diagram Method), critical path, direct cost, indirect cost, cost slope.
