Abstract
Beton aerasi adalah beton ringan, terdiri dari rongga – rongga udara yang tersebar secara merata di dalam bubur atau pasta semen. Panel sandwich beton terdiri dari beton mutu tinggi di bagian permukaan dan beton aerasi di bagian inti. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan optimalisasi struktur pracetak dengan dikembangkannya struktur panel komposit antara beton mutu tinggi dan beton aerasi sehingga didapatkan struktur beton yang ringan dan kuat. Lapisan beton mutu tinggi diberi tulangan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan dan daktilitas panel sebagai elemen struktur agar dapat menahan beban lentur. Persyaratan panel sandwich untuk dapat memikul beban lentur adalah kompabilitas antara beban dan deformasi. Untuk itu, panel sandwich harus dapat bekerja sebagai elemen struktur komposit monolit, yaitu deformasi lateral yang terjadi pada setiap lapisan pembentuknya bernilai sama. Uji lentur dilakukan terhadap enam buah benda uji berukuran 300 mm x 900 mm x 100 mm yang ditumpu sendi – rol. Data yang dihasilkan alat LVDT yang dipasang pada benda uji, direkam oleh data logger. Variabel – variabel yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi berat, kekuatan dan daktilitas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reduksi berat sebesar 8 % dengan degradasi kekuatan panel sandwich beton terhadap panel beton normal sebesar 23,33 %. Sedangkan daktilitasnya mempunyai nilai sebesar 18,32 Kata kunci : beton, beton aerasi, komposit, panel sandwich, lentur, daktilitas iii ABSTRACT Aeration concrete is a lightweight concrete, consisting of a system of macroscopic air cells uniformly distributed in either a cement slurry or a cement grout. Concrete sandwich panels made of high – performance concrete faces and an aeration concrete core. This research aims to increasing precast structural efficiency of precast structural by enveloping composite panel structure between high strength concrete and aeration concrete so that we will get a strong and light concrete structure.The normal weight concrete layers are reinforced with reinforcements, which increase the strength and ductility of the panels as structural elements to resist flexural loading. To be able to resist lateral in-plane loading, sandwich panels require compatibility between deformation and load. Consequently, the sandwich panels should behave as monolithic composite structural elements, which means that each layer should perform equal lateral deformation. The flexural test was applied to six samples measured 300 mm x 900 mm x 100 mm on joint-roll restraint. Output data from LVDT instrument placed on sample, recorded by logger data. The variables that observed in this research are weight reduction, strength, and ductility. From this research its indicate that weight reduction is 8 % with concrete sandwich panel strength degradasion is 23,33 %. The ductility concrete sandwich panel is 18,32.
