Abstract
Perencanaan struktur bangunan gedung yang menggunakan struktur beton prategang sangat jarang ditemui di Indonesia, Kalaupun ada, perhitungan strukturnya pun masih menggunakan standar SNI yang lama yaitu SNI Beton 1992, dimana standar ini belum membahas tuntas mengenai perhitungan struktur beton prategang untuk bangunan gedung. Dengan diterbitkannya SNI 03-1728-2002 oleh Badan Standardisasi Nasional, yang telah membahas, mencakup dan menyempurnakan perhitungan struktur beton prategang untuk bangunan gedung, maka sudah seharusnya semua konstruksi gedung dengan struktur beton prategang mengacu pada referensi ini. Kata kunci : beton, beton prategang, gedung, SNI Abstract In Indonesia, the design of building which using prestress concrete structure is hard to find. If any, the calculating methode that used for the building was based on the 1992’s Indonesian Standard for Concrete Building, the old building code. The old standard did not explain the prestress concrete calculating methode for the building yet enough. The newest code, The Indonesian Standard of Concrete Structure Calculating Methode for Building (SNI 03-1728-2002), which had been launched by National Standarditation Commitee in 2002, have explaining, completing and updating the prestress concrete calculating methode for the building.
