Abstract
Wages received hy workers is an income,for workers and their lamilies as the recompense or rewarded for the work done in tlze production process. For the company's wage costs are using as predictive factors of production from the production proces,r, thus size of the wage wiil affect the cost of production company. Based on ILO convention No. I3I/1970, lndonesian government issued the regional minimum wages UMR regulation. The UMR regulation is one of government interventionin the labor market.
