ANALISIS PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS OPERATOR MESIN SPINNING MENGGUNAKAN PATH ANALYSIS (STUDI KASUS : PT. SINAR PANTJA DJAJA SEMARANG)

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja (SPD) Semarang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dengan skala bisnis multinasional. SPD bergerak dalam bidang tekstil dan merupakan salah satu pengekspor benang terbesar di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan tekstil terbesar di Indonesia, SPD perlu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar tidak kalah saing dengan perusahaan tekstil lain. Peningkatan kualitas dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan standar kerja dan balancing produksi bagi karyawan (operator). Pelatihan tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap hasil produksi, apakah sudah sesuai dengan target perusahaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis, dan pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran koesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa dari keenam variabel terdapat empat variabel yaitu materi pelatihan, kualitas pengajar, pengalaman operator, dan lingkungan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelatihan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas operator. Dari ke lima variable tersebut semua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas operator, namun pada faktor kualitas pengajar. Nilai t negatif, hal tersebut menunjukan terjadi nya masalah, karena nilai t hasil penelitian negatif. ABSTRAK PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja (SPD) Semarang is a manufacturing company with the scale of multinational businesses. SPD is engaged in textiles and one of Indonesia's largest exporter of yarn. As one of the largest textile company in Indonesia, the SPD needs to improve the quality of human resources so as not to lose competitiveness to other textile companies. Improving the quality of training is done by balancing production and work standards for employees (operators). The training aims to improve the performance of employees affect corporate productivity. The results of this training to find out how much influence employee performance against production, whether it is in accordance with the target company. The method used in this study using path analysis, and data collection to dissemination koesioner which are then processed by using SPSS 16. The results of this study has shown that of the six variables there are four variables: training materials, teacher quality, operator experience, and training environments significantly influence the training and significant effect on the productivity of the operator. Of the five variables are all significant effect on the productivity of the operator, but the factor of teacher quality. T value is negative, it indicates there was a problem, because the t values of negative research results.
