Abstract
Abstrak Rumah sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang merupakan lembaga pelayanan kesehatan di bawah yayasan Badan Wakaf Sultan Agung. Untuk dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat maka rumah sakit harus mempunyai kinerja yang baik. Karena itulah diperlukan sebuah sistem pengukuran kinerja yang tepat yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menginformasikan sejauh mana rumah sakit dalam mencapai visi dan misinya serta melihat sejauh mana perkembangan perusahaan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, penyusun merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan metode performance prism pada RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan performance prism dimulai dari tahap identifikasi kebutuhan dan kontribusi stakeholder, tahap identifikasi strategi, proses, dan kapabilitas, tahap identifikasi KPI, tahap pembobotan KPI dengan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP), tahap pencapaian target kinerja dengan Objective Matrix (OMAX), dan tahap perhitungan nilai performansi. Setelah menghitung bobot KPI dan nilai performansi, dilakukan simulasi untuk mengetahui kriteria dan elemen KPI apa saja yang mendapat prioritas perbaikan. Dalam penelitian ini, penyusun juga memberikan usulan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Abstract Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang is a healthcare institution owned by yayasan Badan Wakaf Sultan Agung. To survive against the competitors, the hospital must have a good performance. Thus, a proper performance measurement system is required to assist the company in informing the hospital, so they know how far has their effort worked in achieving the company’s vision and mission, including to analyze how far has the company developed. The researcher intends to design a performance measurement system using the performance prism method at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. Designing a performance measurement system by implementing the performance prism method is sequenced by several phases. Firstly, identify the satisfaction and stakeholder’s contribution, strategy identification phase, process, and capability, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) identification phase, weighing KPI by Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) phase, achieving performance targets by an Objective Matrix (OMAX) phase, and the calculation phase of performance value in numbers. After we calculate the weighed KPI and performance value, a simulation is conducted to know the criteria and KPI elements that is prioritized a suggestion, improvement recommendation that could be applied to enhance the performance of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang
