Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, komunikasi, komitmen, resolusi konflik dan bahan baku terhadap hubungan pembeli pemasok dan hubungan pembeli pemasok terhadap kinerja usaha klaster. Sampel penelitian adalah klaster industri bordir dan konveksi Desa Padurenan Kabupaten Kudus sejumlah 50 responden. Analisis data mempergunakan Component Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat bantu program komputer Smart PLS 2.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada konstruk keberhasilan hubungan pembeli pemasok memiliki nilai R square sebesar 0,676013 yang berarti bahwa kepercayaan, komunikasi, komitmen, resolusi konflik dan bahan baku memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan hubungan pembeli pemasok sebesar 67,6%. Dan sisanya 32,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Sementara pada konstruk kinerja memiliki nilai R square sebesar 0.569504 yang berarti bahwa kinerja dipengaruhi keberhasilan hubungan pembeli pemasok sebesar 56,95%., sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja Usaha Klaster diluar konstruk keberhasilan hubungan pembeli pemasok sebesar 43,05%. Abstract This research aims to analyze the influences of trust, communication, commitment, conflict resolution and raw material on buyer supplier relationships and buyer supplier relationship on performance clusters. The sample of research is 50 respondents cluster convection and embroidery Padurenan village, Kudus. This research uses Component Based Structural Equation Model under smart PLS 2.0 program as analysis tools. The result of this research show that he buyer supplier relationship has R-square value are 0,676013 which means that trust, communication, commitmen, conflict resolution and raw material has an influence on buyer supplier relationship are 67,6%. And the remaining 32,4% are influenced by other factors. While the construct of performance has R-Square value are 0,569504 which means that performance is influenced by buyer supplier relationship are 56,95%. So that it can be concluded that there are other factors affecting performance clusters outside the construct of buyer supplier relationship are 43,05%.
