Abstract

Abstrak PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja (SPD) adalah sebuah perusahaan textile penghasil benang yang dalam kegiatan sehari – hari bergerak dalam bidang spinning dan weaving. Dalam aktivitas produksinya, SPD harus berurusan dengan dengan ketidakpastian, yang disebut resiko. resiko yang terjadi di SPD antara lain perencanaan bahan baku yang terlambat, Kualitas produk jadi yang buruk, banyaknya keluhan pelanggan, pengiriman produk jadi yang terlambat, dsb. Oleh karena itu, supply chain risk management diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah di SPD. Supply chain risk management adalah sebuah struktur dan proses sinergis di keseluruhan supply chain untuk mengoptimalkan strategi, proses, sumber daya manusia, teknologi, dan pengetahuan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjaga, mengawasi dan mengevaluasi resiko pada supply chain, guna dilakukan penjagaan secara terus-menerus dan memaksimalkan keuntungan. Proses SCRM dimulai dari proses penilaian risiko yang terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko supply chain yang menganalisa severity dan occurrence serta nilai RPI, tahapan evaluasi risiko yang memetakan RPI kedalam risk map. Selanjutnya proses pengurangan risiko, risiko supply chain yang berada di area merah dan oranye akan di proses untuk dikembangkan usulan strategi. Untuk membantu proses pengurangan risiko, digunakan tool HOR (House of Risk). Dari penerapan SCRM oleh manajemen SPD dapat dilakukan suatu forum sharing antar karyawan tentang pengalaman pekerjaan yang beresiko, sehingga karyawan lainnya akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan tidak mengalami kondisi resiko yang sama. Sehingga SCRM sebagai teori yang diterapkan di SPD merupakan pengetahuan yang berguna bagi organisasi, yang dapat diterapkan sebagai budaya organisasi, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia serta terjadinya pertukaran informasi dan pengetahuan di dalam organisasi. Abstract Sinar Pantja Djaja Co.Ltd (SPD) is a textile company producing yarn which in its daily activity is engaged in spinning and weaving. In the production, SPD has to deal with some uncertainties called as risks. Those which are potential to happen in SPD are lateness of raw material planning, low qualities of finished products, a large number of costumer complaints, lateness of finished products shipping, etc. Hence, supply chain risk management is recommended in order to solve problems in SPD. Supply Chain Management is a structure and a systematic process through out supply chain to optimize the strategy, process, human resources, technology, and knowledge. The aim is to maintain, monitor, and evaluate the risks in supply chain in order for continuous maintenance and maximizing profit.. SCRM processes begin with risks assessment process consisting of risks identification, supply chain risk analysis analyzing the severity and occurrence as well as the value of RPI and risk evaluation stage mapping the RPI into the risk map. What follows is the risk reduction process, in which the supply chain risks locating in the red and orange zones will be processed to develop the suggested strategy. To help this, the HOR (House of Risk) tool is used. The SCRM application by SPD management eventually result in a forum for sharing among employees about the risk working experiences so that the other employees will get the knowledge of not experiencing the same conditions of risks. Therefore, SPD’s SCRM is theoretically a useful knowledge of the organization, applicable as its culture, improving the quality of its human resources as well as enabling the exchange of information and knowledge in the organization
