ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN TRANSFER TEKNOLOGI PADA CLUSTER INDUSTRI (STUDI KASUS PADA CLUSTER INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN LOGAM DAN KUNINGAN DI JUWANA, KABUPATEN PATI)

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam menghadapi kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat, perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia harus tanggap dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Untuk itu, diperlukan proses transfer teknologi yang tepat untuk usaha yang dilakukan. Konsep klaster industri merupakan alternatif usaha yang sudah banyak diterapkan oleh banyak negara yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemajuan perekonomian daerah dan menjadi sumber mata pencaharian bagi penduduk setempat tetapi sangat dituntut adanya kerjasama yang konsisten dalam praktek kerjanya agar usaha tersebut dapat berkembang sesuai perkembangan global. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan transfer teknologi yang efektif dalam usaha klaster industri yang menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dan mengambil lokasi penelitian pada klaster industri kerajinan pengolahan logam dan kuningan di Juwana Kabupaten Pati. Abstract In the face of rapid technological advances, companies in Indonesia must be responsive and follow the development of technology. For that, the necessary process transfer of appropriate technologies to the work done. The concept of industrial cluster is an alternative business that has been widely adopted by many countries that aims to enhance regional economic progress and a source of livelihood for local people but it is highly demanded the cooperation that is consistent in its practices for the business to develop according to global developments. This study analyzed the factors that influence the success of an effective technology transfer in the business industry cluster that uses the method Partial Least Square (PLS) and take a place of research in metal processing industry cluster and brass handicrafts in Juwana Pati.
