EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM RASKIN DI KOTA SEMARANG (Studi Kasus : Di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul)

Abstract

Along with changes in the economic development paradigm that is not focused on economic growth alone but also in dealing with problems of poverty, then it is appropriate if the government is expected to be able to alleviate the problem of poverty with the provision of policy packages that provide protection to the poor through poverty alleviation programs The purpose of this usability study was to determine the validity of the data of poor households in the RASKIN program beneficiaries Pedurungan Kidul Village, to determine the accuracy RASKIN program targets in poverty alleviation efforts in the Village Pedurungan Kidul, to determine the effectiveness of the dilaksanankan RASKIN program during this government with efforts to alleviate problems poverty in Sub Pedurungan Kidul, to know the size of contribution to poverty reduction RASKIN program in the Village of South Pedurungan and to know the obstacles encountered in implementing the program in the Village Pedurungan RASKIN Kidul. Type of data collected is the primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis included descriptive and comparative open-ended interviews and using the formula descriptive percentages. Based on the descriptive validity of the data for a variable percentage of Poor Households in the Village of South Pedurungan included in the criteria is because there is a match between the data of Poor Households in the Village of South Pedurungan with the real state of Poor Households. For the calculation of variables in the target accuracy RASKIN program in the criteria either because the quality RASKIN rice distributed to Poor Households in the Village of South Pedurungan satisfied with the quality of rice were distributed. For the calculation of the level of effectiveness RASKIN program included in the criteria for good reason was the amount of rice distributed to Poor Households in the Village of South Pedurungan for this is in conformity with applicable regulations, amounting to 10-15 kg per Poor Households per month. While the variable contribution RASKIN program included in the criteria are in fact RASKIN rice aid distributed to Poor Households in the Village of South Pedurungan sufficient to meet the needs of Poor Households eat for a month. And for the variable for the biggest obstacles encountered in implementing programs in the Village Pedurungan RASKIN Kidul is a payment of rice by Poor Households that sometimes less orderly and timely.
